Lakeview Condo in Gated Community

The person I had to contact in order to get into the unit was very kind to me via text and the one phone conversation. Relieved any panic I would have had.

The light bulbs in the living room did not work. The light in the bedroom could not be turned on from the wall, but it could be turned on with the pull string. There were little tiny ants running around. Was not sure how to get into the property. I was lucky to be running late, so called the number I had and they texted the lock code bake. If it wasn't for that I don't know how I would have gotten in since instructions were not sent (or I couldn't find them)

Janine provided stellar accomodations that made me want to stay longer instructions were easy the space was immaculate and more than enough bedding and towels the complex was lovely

Well there was no plug to soak in the tub lol heck I could gotten a plug so essentially nothing to dislike

The place looks very much like it does in the photo. It was easy to get the keys no long lines not hassle. The external area had lots of greenery and a lovely lake with wildlife to help remind you that you are in a tropical haven. The outside patio is a great place to watch the sunrise while you drink your morning beverage. The internal space was well-appointed with comfy furniture including a sofa bed and a coffee table with pull-out ottamans underneath, which I loved. Everything you need for a great stay is provided. This includes pots and pans so you can prepare your own meals and cleaning and personal care supplies such as dish soap, hand soap, laundry soap, shower gel and even garbage bags. The view outside was very relaxing and de-stressing. There was ample parking every day. The bathroom was clean, with space to put my stuff down and hang up items. The bedroom had windows to allow light in and a view of the lovely lake as well as a walk-in closet with plenty of space and hangers. The bed was comfortable. There were folding chairs, extra blankets, extra pillows and more. The Internet was reliable. The complex was quiet and no one bothered us. It was easy to get in and out using the intercom. The location was central and easy to reach everywhere I wanted to go. I really enjoyed this place!

The building is older so there is some normal wear and tear. The wooden bridge to get across to the pool was blocked off and one of the main reasons I chose it was that picturesque bridge and deck leading the pool. It is central Florida so watch out for snakes. The bathtub is a bit old and seems to have a crack which feels like it might cave in with you but there is a mat over it. Water settles at the door so packages delivered get wet. Everything else was awesome.

I really like the view, compound, people, location, and applienances at home. It's worth the money, and if i will be back, i will book it again :).

I dont like that there is no contact person, or staff there to deal with, to ask questions, it's just u have the key, and it's like ur own home, no numbers to call even for emergency.

Nothing. This place is terrible and should not be offered to anyone. There are cockroaches, ants in the apartment, there’s mold on the doors and fridge, the heater is making loud noises and hardly works, people smoking weed in the complex, and the bathroom is gross and the bed is noisy and you feel like it will collapse any minute. This is a shame that booking.com allows this apartment to be rented. I booked 6nights and didn’t stay and looked for something else, since I was traveling with an 11month old and can’t stay in an apartment like this. I reported it to booking.
