Good location, nice and clean, good communication with owner. There is a fruit store 1 minute away with a great selection of anything you need. We could check in also late at night. It’s very quiet. We had good night sleep.

Self check in. Underestimated the hill to the center so we ate dinner across the road. Fresh fruit shop and supermarket 2 min away. A holiday resort feeling. Separate apartment bedrooms and kitchen. Communicated with the host by Whatsapp. Parking available but when we arrived in the evening all taken so found a different spot.

No coffee machine, for the price, no tea either. Lots of things in the kitchen, none particularly useful. We ate out anyway. Towels like a beach mat, but they were available so this is good. Need internet to open the front gate, not a problem for me but something to consider in your stay.

Very nice and helpful host. Clean and spacious apartment in a residential building. 15 mins walking distance to centre of town. Supermarket and restaurants nearby.

The apartment was located close to many restaurants, a 10-15 minute walk from the station and another 15 minute walk to the historical centre of L'Aquila. A bright and clean 3 bedroom apartment with central heating, an equipped kitchen and a balcony.

Nothing to dislike at all!
