The location. Anything to do is very close, including shopping and grocer. It's close to everything.

Everything you need is close. Great food. EVERYTHING CLOSES at 5/6pm which is a bit annoying but nothing to do with the flat. I am from USA and I would definitely stay here again.

Very good place. Bed is comfortable, good hot shower and well equipped kitchen. The apartment is in a very good location, close to mall and relatively close to the waterfront. We really reccomend it!

Nothing to mention. It was a very good stay!

The service was excellent—the owner created a WhatsApp group to provide detailed information in advance, which was very convenient. The accommodation itself was neat and more spacious than it appeared in the photos.

Stayed for 2 nights, and while the location has potential, it was difficult to fully relax due to the ongoing construction in the surrounding area. Every morning around 7-8 am, I could hear noise from the construction outside as well as disturbances from the room above.

Great location just off main road and walking distance to shopping or restaurants. Very well equipped, parking right outside, pleasant stoep.

Bed not as comfortable as we would have liked but not a deal breaker.

Pros. Space. Parking in front of the ground floor unit. Well equipped kitchen (see cons). Good wifi. Even though extremely creaky, the bed was okay. Can walk to Mall and Spar.

Cons. Terrible lighting. Filthy stove top. Bought cleaning material self and scrubbed the stovetop. Did not dare open the oven. Also scrubbed the bottom of the frying pan (outer). Felt all cutlery and crockery had to be washed first, accordingly only used few items that I had washed myself, over and over. Cooker hood was greasy and don't think every cleaned. Only a used wash cloth and no drying towels. Luckily had my own. Not enough towels in the bathroom. No DSTV, and ended up watching programs on my iPad in order to watch cricket, news, etc. Used DSTVstream on my iPad. On many days, there was the strong smell of someone using marijuana very close by, and on the Saturday, was having a party with lots of noise and music, and I think even fell asleep with the music still on! I felt terribly unsafe! Even though there was a nice, small porch outside, would never use. Wanted to just stay inside and lock the door! Never saw the host, but he was available on WA. So sorry, but will NEVER go there again. If the person/s responsible for cleaning the unit, had some guidance on proper cleaning, it could be an okay unit. Just not for us - did not like the area at all. It is not nice having to give a true review, but I think necessary.
