We had a pool view room but they did not give it to us for the first day when we asked and fight for it they gave us. We had no choice because he had booked it for 5 days

The staff was very good especially the manager I had one meal which was quite good

It’s pretty shabby and somewhat run down The pool and grounds are not kept up Extremely over priced for a place that shows itself as very uplifted and clean and it was just passable. Basically it looks like it is not cared for, phone in room didn’t work to call desk or dining room, shower was partially not working etc

Lovely caring and helpful staff throughout plus amazing food and great music suited to mood and time of day (if a little loud at times for my tolerance)

The pool unfortunately has a problem with looking nothing like the picture as I think it’s leaking…they need to clean the hard surface of the actual pool so when they top it up…as they were doing regularly during our stay, the unappealing green colour should lessen
