The location was ok for me. I liked the coffee percolator and the microwave.

Windows that do not open, roaches coming out from behind the refrigerator, very old fixtures, very narrow stairs to get to the property. The door lock is not safe and it does not always work.

Very cute and clean apartment. However, we booked this one in particular because it was listed with a spa tub. When we arrived there was only an extremely small shower…no bathtub at all. I approached management and was told it was a typo, but it was listed in several places and was offered no discount or anything for it. The stairs can be daunting getting luggage up them. The pillows were horrible. They were old and had been washed so many times that the were just clumps of filling. The location is phenomenal if you plan to go sightseeing.

There is absolutely nothing I liked about the property.

This property is deceiving in pictures. The photos make it look spacious and cozy. Windows were boarded up with a large plastic and sealed with a staple gun. There is only free outside access in one window in the kitchen. There is a shelf at eye level in the kitchen which is very dangerous and almost walked right into it and could have poked me in the eye. The bed had a huge dip in it which caused pain during sleeping in which is still felt 4 days later. The exhaust fan in the bathroom is extremely loud and sounds like it could break at any moment. The walls are very thin. You can hear everything going on outside in the street and inside the apartment building. It makes you feel like you have no privacy. When these concerns were brought to the property manager, they were not accommodating whatsoever.

it was hard to find the key. the instruction through booking.com was late.

The unit was comfortable and convenient. The bathroom could've used some renovations and I wished the windows weren't covered with plastic but overall an enjoyable place at a good price.

Not much to like... linens were clean.

Location was not accurate (it is almost a mile from the convention center). Very run down inside in many places. Noisy with all sounds of the street waking you up at night and a street light outside the window... they provide ear plugs and a mask so they know this. Owner didn't respond when I voiced concerns... the entire stay. Cheap, worn down furniture had many gross stains on the seat cushions. Bedroom fan wobbles violently. Black soot came out of the shower once (see pic) and bathroom constantly smells of sewer gas.

bad odour not very clean (mold in bathroom shower) wifi was terrible no recycling, could not dispose of garbage during my stay though i enquired
