Facilities is nice

I got locked in the toilets. The lock stopped turning and the host tried to blame me. lol The electricity went off for 6 hours. He was just slow to react. When the electricity came back on, The WiFi went off for another 2 hours. First of all, this isn’t the room I ordered in the first place. Upon arrival I want told the one I saw on booking.com wasn’t available. I arrived at 6am and told the host I would arrive at that time. I paid for the night before. Upon arriving I had 0 contact, wasn’t replying messages or picking up calls and was stuck in reception for 2hrs after a long flight. A bad experience
