"Not up to expectations"

Alma was great - very responsive and helpful. The shower has very nice hot water. The owner is very responsive. The pool is very nice.

There is no view - just an empty construction lot and in the distance another apartment complex. Ugh There is NOWHERE to walk to - a taxi is REQUIRED to go anywhere. No convenience store (ie 7-11) to buy anything, so prepare to bring things each time you leave the property. The name "Oasis" is accurate - you are out in nowhere. So get the number for Rene the taxi driver who lives there, because there are are taxis waiting in the area. The room size is fine for 1 person, cramped for two. There is no kitchen table, just stools at a bar. Getting awakened at 7am by the manager to show the unit to a prospective renter was a first and not appreciated.
