I was forced to pay extra money because they told me they had no single room available. I booked it on 3000 but they demanded 4000. When i protested they threatened to evacuate me from the hotel. I was given room on a higher price and they also made me cancel my booking

Hot water was not coming in the tap for bath.

No anything to like.. there's a very small size room, rooms were not cleaned. The staff didn't cooperate. The bed sheets and pillow and blanket were dirty. Bathroom accessories are not cleaned. Didn't provide bathroom accessories. Overall property is poor.

There was no Breakfast 🥞. It should be complimentary.
