They refused to give me room which I booked. When I reached receptionist informed manager or owner that this booking is fr just 2300, then thy simply said our rooms are full. You came late. When I showed them mail I recieved in which they confirmed that you can check in any time. They said its booking.com fault not ours. He suggested me other guest house named Allied guest house and negotiated 4000 rent of room. When reached their new guest house manager said sorry that room is full now I can give you other room for 5000. Room was AC bt they closed AC in the middle of night despite charging 1500 fr AC fr one night. I have booked with booking in dubai, japan Turkey, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan but never faced such situation. The owner simply negotiating room charges with each party on spot and highly unreliable. I strongly recommend not to book any room in this hotel through booking.com otherwise they will betray and cancel your booking if they get good amount from other customer.

BOOKING STAFF IS CHEATER. I MADE MY RESERVATION CONFIRMED. However, at the last minute, around 9:00 p.m., I got a sudden call that my booking had been cancelled. I GOT SHOCKED AND AFRAID TO FIND A PLACE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT 😥 staff members behave badly and rudly. Please look into alternative choices rather than waste your precious energy and time.

The friendliness of the staff was great. Both the Manager and Assistant Manager cooperated in so many things. Room cleanliness, washroom cleanliness, linens changing after every 2-3 days. The place exists in the midst of G9 Foodstreet so its a good opportunity that you'll have something available to eat anytime of the day.

I had to stay in another room for the first night instead of my own because the other person hasn't checked-out, which I found unprofessional but still bearable as I was traveling alone. From my own personal experience this place is best for the solo or group male travelers. Too many mosquitos and no spraying service was available or given. The only thing available in the toiletries was a soap.
