CAThe property itself was very comfortable and relaxing, no noise and the staff were very kind and very helpful!!
The only down thing is it’s farther from both town and the beach so taxis were definitely needed but if you are not going to be leaving too much or if you have a car, scooter, a tv etc, it’s an asking and affordable place!

Horrible location, they don't write it anywhere but the roads are not completed, MY FRIEND GOT ROBBED BY A GUN at MISTIQ's restaurant including many other people. The electricity went off multiple times during the day, there was no remote controller for the air conditioner, and literally nobody speaks English.
DEThe room is nice and spacious as well as the balcony, it has a kitchenette, there were some plates but no glasses or cutlery. The whole place is set up like a huge garden with the pool in the middle, which got cleaned every day.
Well where to start? The location of this place is horrible. Although it looks on the map that it is not really far from the beach or the center, it is really in an remote area in the middle of nowhere. There is a lot of construction going on though, so I guess in 1 or 2 years, it will develop some sort of neighbour hood. The worst part of it was to even get there, the road which is 1.5 km is the worst i have ever seen, not a paved road, full of gigantic potholes, taxi drivers will charge you huge amounts to bring you there or to pick you, because the road is so bad. If it rains it all becomes one muddy puddle, even if you have an off road car, it is still a mess. If you don´t have a car you need to take a taxi they will always charge you min. 350 pesos which is ridiculous. If you expect any kind of service from the property, forget it. They have a concierge, whom you can whatsapp, but in my case they never answered let alone took care of any of my requests. which were basic things, like if they could clean my room, or bring new towels or bring out the trash. Nothing. As there is still a lot of construction going, it was very loud, you hear everything from next door, let alone outside the room. if someone was speaking, then you would hear that as if they are standing next to you. All the dust and dirt from the outside construction will come through the gap and the door into your room. Again i asked if they could clean, never happened. I stayed 10 nights, my room didn´t get cleaned once. Another nightmare was, that the water got turned of at times. So if you came back from the beach and wanted to shower, there was no water coming out of the taps. When it was running, it would give you exactly 5 min warm water on really low pressure and then it would turn cold. Lights got out on a regular basis. There is a reception, which was occupied most of the time, but the guys there although being really friendly don´t speak english. Dont go there
