Sea-Facing Apartment with Balcony

- The host forgot that we were coming, so we had to wait for cleaning. - At 17:00 we could enter the appartement, however it was still dirty (e.g. kitchen, fridge, bathroom, balcony were still unacceptable). - The fridge has continued to make an insolvable alarm sound throughout our stay. It was dirty on the inside and containers old cucumbers and tomatoes - the washing machine still contained wet laundry (we have dried the extra towels ourselves) - The appartment building (entry, stairways etc) were extremely - the appartment itself was spacious, but totale unappealing - the bathroom / shower has a very weak water pressure. + the presence of a washing machine + the beautiful view of the sea + the appartment is spacious + the neighbourhood and parking etc are safe due to continuous presence of security guards here, it being a new residential area + the coastal corniche close to this area (Sabadia) is quite nice

I love the view from the house, and the location is relatively close to the beach and markets. However, if you are traveling without a car, it might be less convenient. For families traveling with a car, though, it is a great location. The community was very pleasant and calm. The property manager was also very helpful and kind.

The only improvement needed is better maintenance of the building's exterior, which appears quite dirty, possibly due to other tenants. Additionally, the apartment would be much more comfortable with a fan or air conditioning.
