+ The door malfunctioned, and we were unable to open it at night until the concierge assisted us. + Due to the hectic nature of our final day, the maid arrived early while we were still in the process of leaving, and I inadvertently left my dress in the wardrobe. One or two days later, I informed the staff, but there was no follow-up, and they repeatedly claimed the dress was not found. Knowing with certainty that it was the last place I had worn the dress and that I had not checked the wardrobe before leaving, I continued to insist that it must still be there. After several days of persistence, they finally acknowledged its presence but refused to leave it with the concierge, citing their policies. Upon my return, despite repeated requests over several days, the dress was never returned, even though staff were regularly visiting the property. Additionally, I requested an invoice multiple times and only received it after much persistence. This level of service is entirely unacceptable. Regardless of how insignificant the item may seem to the staff, it is the customer’s right to have their belongings returned. This has been, without question, the worst service I have ever encountered.

Basically, a nice apartment to stay in Rabat - you're close to transportation, to Medina and to Kasbah, but a few minor things like air dryer that wasn't working or a couple of ants here and there in the kitchen need to be taken care of.

Hard to find the location

The property was in an excellent location for us. It is 5 minutes walk from the Hassan Tower and then on to the waterfront. It is 5 minutes walk to a tram stop which covers both lines and there is a large supermarket 2 minutes past the tram stop. The apartment was a good size, very clean and comfortable and was very calming compared to staying in the medinas of other towns on our trip. Communication whilst staying there was very efficient and helpful. The hosts responded to our needs and queries sending staff out to help us with an appliance.

We arranged a time for check-in but the staff member was 50 minutes late (we didn't have WhatsApp access to communicate but the time had been previously agreed). A few minor repairs are needed and a few light bulbs need replacing but generally a really comfortable stay.
