FLH Santa Catarina Cozy Apartment

Location is amazing and the facilities just like the pictures, all was super clean and staff always open to help.

All was good.

Comfortable, spacious and very close to where I needed to work. Good facilities. Plenty of bars, restaurants and cultural visits nearby.

The invoicing was a rather lengthy and unnecessarily convoluted process.

Good location, bed. Quiet apartment

The smell of sewage from the bathroom and toilet spreads throughout the apartment. There are electric roller blinds, but they don’t all work, it’s good that there were curtains. For a three-night stay, two dishwasher tablets and not a single spare garbage bag are left.

The location was good

We waited for the code/key because nobody told us that we had to send copy of our passports before check in. We had to call couple of times in the middle of the road. Not as pictured. The kitchen was small, very old and not that clean

The electric blinds in the bedroom were broken upon arrival. When we told them at check-out, they immediately told us that we could have called and they would have sent a handyman to fix it and did not charge us for the luggage locker to compensate.

The apartment could have been cleaned better.

The location of the apartment is good

The apartment smelled like sewerage, It was not clean at all and the electric water heater was annoying and the water was cold. The shade in the room was kind of broken and there was light from outside and the bed in the bedroom was 2 single beds
