اعلم انا المناطق الإستوائية والزراعية مليئة بالحشرات وقد اتقبل ذلك نسبياً ولا اقصد البعوض او الحشرات الطائرة ولكن يوجد فيها كمية عدد غير مقبول من ( الوزغ - البريعصي ) اي كان اسمه بسبب كثرة الخشب وقت النوم النوم فقط اصطاد 2 او 3 وخرجت منها قبل انتهاء حجزي ورفضو استرداد المبلغ ووافقت على ذلك لراحة عائلتي فقد عاشو يومين مرعبة وقتها علمت لماذا اعطوني اول ما وصلت مبيد حشري مع المفتاح وقد تم التوثيق بالصور

We really enjoyed our stay at this villa. The location is beautiful and peaceful. Getting there by car or taxi can be a bit challenging at first, as the road is not the easiest, but everyone managed without major issues. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, always attentive and ready to help. They took great care of cleanliness, and the overall maintenance of the villa was very good. The pool was in excellent condition and well looked after, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, everything was great, and we had a very pleasant experience. We would definitely recommend this place to guests who appreciate good service, cleanliness, and a relaxing atmosphere.

The only minor point worth mentioning is that the view from the pool towards the rice fields looks slightly different from the photos. Also, there were quite a lot of insects, possibly due to the nearby rice fields and fertilizers, although we are not entirely sure. Apart from that, everything was good and did not affect our overall positive experience.

The property was excellent everything was well prepared. We had no complain at all. The location was a bit far from everywhere, however we managed it.

Where do I start?! Both the villa and hosts were simply exceptional. I travelled here alone with my two children aged 8 and 10 years and stayed for 4-wonderful-nights between 19-23/10/2025. I’ll give feedback regarding each phase of our stay to give you a real insight. The booking process was really easy - I went through Booking.com - and communication throughout the whole process, right up until the day of arrival was exceptional by the hosts. They were prompt, professional and so courteous in all of their correspondence and helped arrange things such as an airport transfer for us. Ahead of our arrival we were contacted via What’s App by our host, Puspa, who was nothing short of exceptional. Throughout our entire stay she demonstrated ‘World Class Customer Service’. I have been fortunate to travel to a number of countries and stay in some luxury accommodation and never have I received such kind, warm and professional service. Puspa had the balance perfect! She is a true credit to ‘BaliSuperHost’. The villa is exactly as photographed - so stylish, modern and had the most beautiful views of the nearby rice fields. The beds are ridiculously comfortable, genuinely, to the point that my Simba mattress at home just doesn’t compare! We had a daily cleaning service and the place was always left spotless. It’s worth noting the showers are fantastic and of course, beautifully designed. The air conditioning in the bedrooms is fantastic, ensuring you get a restful nights sleep when the temperature and humidity rocket! It was so easy to get around, even with two children, as we simply utilised taxi’s via the ‘Grab App’ which is an absolute must to download ahead of your stay. They’re cheap and very efficient, often arriving within minutes of making the booking! You can also order takeaway to the villa using the app!

There was nothing to dislike! My only constructive feedback is that perhaps moving forward it would be beneficial to have USB/USBC sockets fitted at the property as and when things need upgrading to keep moving with the times.

Villa lüks ve temizdi, manzara harika. her gün istediğimiz saatte temizlik hizmeti vardı. Çalışanlar çok iyiydi. Oranın görevlisi Puspa her sorumuzla ilgilendi ve bize çok yardımcı oldu. 4 gece konaklamamızdan Çok memnun kaldık.
