Ping Pong homestay Gili Trawangan

Lovey staff super helpful and accommodating even helped us change rooms when there was a funny smell hanging around the drain outside.

The staff were really great and helpful 😃 got our clothes washed in just a few hours(really cheap). There's a great restaurant next to the homestay where we bought juice every morning for our breakfast. So delicious! WiFi worked fine. The area is really fine!

The mosque is newt to the homestay and they start calling for prayer around 5-6 AM 😆 We got used to it. You need to stay a long way at the island, if you don't want to hear anything (I guess).

The staff were extreme helpful and accommodating - always there to help us with any questions and we were even able to hire bikes from them directly. The location of them Homestay is great and it’s good value for money.

The bed wasn’t very comfortable and as the honestly is close to a mosque, you get woken up by the noise early in the morning (if you’re a light sleeper like me)

The place is in a good location, quiet yet close to the beaches. It is possible to rent a bike here or book your tours. The staff were helpful and friendly.

The bathroom was dirty, especially the toilet. The toilet seat was broken too. The room was quite basic without a wardrobe or places to hang things.

There is only the necessary in the rooms: just a bed. Dul is a really nice guy, the real highlight of this place. He can definitely help you going around Gili T (which overall it is not an Island we suggest, as we also decided to leave much early).

The main pain is the fact that this place is NEXT to the Mosque. Therefore, it is IMPOSSIBLE to sleep, as every single morning, at 4AM, you will be waken up by their speakers. Unfortunately, it is really impossible to sleep there. And be aware that the first call to pray starts at that time, but it will continue 5 or 6 times within the day. About the services, pretty basic. The bathroom does not offer that much as the shower is basically on the toilet.

Just Perfect! Clean, nice rooms close to the center but still very quiet. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Bikes can be rented and snorkeling trips and ferry rides can be booked right there. I originally wanted to stay for three nights. Because I liked it so much, I booked directly four nights more. For anyone looking for a cozy accommodation with welcoming hosts an absolute must!

Nice guys that work there, clean sheets and facilities, great location, nice little porch area, rented bikes easily, we enjoyed our stay here and ended up extending stay by 2 nights

Showers are low pressure and cold but doable

The host was soo friendly and kind. We felt like we were at home. Very welcoming and helpful with different question. You can rent bikes here, if you want. Also the room was clean and had everything we needed in it.
