To start off with, the price for Tangier is good- it is unlikely you will find a place to stay of this price, let alone one with as much space. There is plenty of room for an entire family and the location is decent enough from the downtown beach area of the city centre, even if there is not much to do locally. The kitchen facility is great as it has functional amenities. The view is very good and whilst staying here a canopy rooftop was built over the balcony which gave it a more homely feel.

My stay in Tangier was marred by poor communication and unprofessional conduct. Upon arrival, the host claimed my booking hadn’t been communicated to him by the app and said my arrival time was inconvenient—information that was never shared in advance. He offered to drive me to the apartment, only to charge me 180 MAD after arrival—much higher than the fixed taxi rate of 100–120 MAD or 40–80 MAD with InDrive. This felt dishonest, as no price was mentioned beforehand. I was also "invited" to eat couscous and go for a drive, with no mention of any cost. Days later, the host demanded payment for it and began pressuring me for a positive review—a tactic that seems disturbingly common. Worse, construction on the property was scheduled the day I arrived, supposedly lasting two hours but going on for much longer. I was stuck in one room due to the noise and couldn’t leave my belongings unattended. This should have been disclosed or rescheduled. The apartment was superficially clean, but the floors were sticky with dirt, and no mop was provided. Despite keeping the space tidy, I was unfairly criticized for cleanliness issues that clearly predated my stay. The Wi-Fi was unreliable, requiring me to set it up and constantly reset it, even when sitting next to the router. Verdict: Stay only if absolutely necessary—and only for one night. Expect unexpected charges, poor communication, and an uncomfortable experience. Not recommended for anyone seeking honesty or professionalism. I will provide ss of his behaviour.

Host was a lovely gentleman. Collected us from airport and took us directly to the apartment. Everything was great during the stay and we would book again. Thank you Morad👍

Clean and comfortable apartment. Very close to nice food place and a few stores nearby. Also can walk into town if needed. Would deffo recommend considering price and location.
