Dream Inn Guest House Islamabad

Mr. Shakeel is very welcoming. He made us feel like family. The kitchen facility helped a lot as we stayed with kids. Security was also good.

I stayed for 2 nights. The environment was peaceful. Supermarket and pharmacy are nearby. TV and internet worked without any issues.

Everything was up to the mark. Clean room, nice furniture, good bathroom. They even provided iron and hairdryer.

AVOID AT ALL COST TOTAL SCAM, site in photos is just lure people it's been sold to Chinese company we travel around 3 hours to find out that site is been sold to Chinese company

I had a disappointing experience. Despite multiple calls to the property, they didn't answer. When they finally picked up, they promised to share the location but forgot. I had to rely on maps instead. Upon arrival, I discovered my booking was at a different property. The staff took me to another location, which was subpar. To make matters worse, I received news of a family member's passing just two hours after checking in. The hotel still charged me 5000 rupees. I would not recommend this hotel due to their poor communication, disorganization, and inflexibility.

Location is okay with many restaurants near by.

Poor management. The rooms are dirty especially the bathroom, the hot water shower need to preorder as the heater is off always, need to inform the reception to on the heater first and wait for 30 min. The air heating is on or off by reception, it also has to be said in advance, the reception off it by themselves, the room is so cold in the morning. The receptionist is very tricky guy, he always wanted to earn on us by wrong calculation etc etc.. we stayed about 20 days and he gave us discount only for the last 3 days. There is kitchen mentioned in the property but the receptionist asked us pkr 2,000 for a gas usage. I had a bad impression and never stay again.

It was a delightful stay. The double room was clean, well-furnished, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The guest house is located in a nice, quiet area, which was perfect for a peaceful night’s rest.
