Alles sehr sauber und toll ausgestattet. Klimaanlage in allen Räumen und bequeme Betten. Lage ist grundsätzlich auch gut, man läuft etwa 30min bis in die Innenstadt zum Markt.

Die Baustelle direkt neben dem Gebäude ist leider sehr laut und das auch schon morgens.

The apartment is located in a nice area, which was definitely a positive aspect of our stay. The place is desperately in need of more maintenance and attention to details.

The experience was disappointing due to a lack of basic necessities and several maintenance issues. We were four adults, and the apartment was only equipped with exactly four of everything: four cutlery /plates…, four cups (one of which was chipped), and only four bath towels along with two small face towels, with no extras available. There were just three toilet rolls provided for the entire stay and no trash bags or other essential supplies, which made things quite inconvenient. We also encountered several functional problems. The gas tank for the stove was empty upon arrival, and despite contacting the host, we had to wait a couple of hours for it to be replaced. This caused us to delay and reschedule plans for the day. Additionally, the kitchen sink clogged frequently, some lamps were not working, and certain closet doors were broken. Finally, we were told over the phone that we had to pay the city tax in cash, with the explanation that Booking.com gives hosts that money to use freely. This statement is misleading and did not feel appropriate or transparent ( ended up sending the city tax amount via Revolut bank) PS: City tax goes to the city to improve streets, light… not for the owners to do whatever they want with it. Overall, while the location is good, the apartment needs significant improvements in terms of maintenance, basic amenities.

Nagyon jó helyen volt, tágas, modern apartman. Kódos bejutással igazán egyszerűen el tudtuk foglalni a szállást.
