"Great location but needs attention & cleansing"

The apartment is in a great location. Walkable to restaurants & bars in the harbor. It was a 25 minute walk to the beach. The beds are comfortable and the sheets were clean. There is plenty of room in family room. The downstairs has it's own bathroom at the 3rd level. 2nd room was on the 2nd level. This is not great for small children.

The bathrooms are dated and need work (grout dirty, mold in shower bottom. The kitchen is small but workable. The sink and kitchen shelves were dirty.I would recommend a deep cleansing. Also beach towels, toaster, stove top expresso maker would be a great addition to the apartment. I did reach out to the host about my concerns about the cleanliness of the apartment & sent photos but unfortunately, never got a response.
