"We had the best time and were so very comfortable!"

Our winter stay was met by great hosts, a log fire, cosy beds, artistic flair on the walls, floors, ceilings, indoors, outdoors, bird song everywhere - we are going home to redesign our houses and get more vibrance in our lives as this place is so inspiring. We're coming back as soon as we can gather up the tribe.

We didn't like having to leave this place to go home

"Lovely rustic cottage in country setting with very welcoming hosts"

Located very close to the beautiful Karangahake Gorge and walks and bike trail. Lovely place to chill and relax. Roshan and Tui showed us around their orchard and vegetable garden and plied us with fresh produce. This is not the place for you if you want slick 5 star hotel accomodation but if you enjoy peace and quiet, beautiful countryside and relaxed living then this is the place to book for a wonderful place to step back, unwind and escape the commotion of modern life.

Such a cute little spot! Accom is 3 little tiny houses joined together. Nice and close to the Karangahape tunnel and walkways for exploring

There are plenty of caution low doorway signs but my tall head still managed to find a doorway - no fault of the owners - just my dumb ass! 🤣
