The apartment is a good size for two people. The spacious bedroom has a large, comfortable double-bed with good storage. The ensuite bathroom is new, very clean and quite large too. The kitchen area has all you need - tall fridge, coffee maker, stove-top espresso pot, kettle, hob, utensils. The host includes some nice touches such as plenty of teas, coffees and snacks to enjoy on arrival. There is a balcony area too, with sliding window screens, and a clothes-line outside if needed. The apartment exceeded my expectations as the photos do not really do it justice. It is more spacious, more comfortable and generally better fitted and decorated than the impression I got from the photos. The host was very responsive too, helpful and informative. The location is good for a trip to Palermo. It's about 10 mins walk from the Lollo train station, 5 minutes from the historic town centre, or just on the edge of it, and there are good bus routes around the city too. We walked into the busier town centre within about 5 minutes. There's a large supermarket just a few mins walk away too. In fact, Palermo is an amazing place to visit, but unfortunately we ended up with just one evening to get a taste of it. I would have been happy to stay in this property to explore Palermo a little longer.

Posizione top, fuori dalla ztl, facilità di trovare parcheggio e con una passeggiata piacevole di 10 minuti sei nel pieno centro a Palermo. La struttura è molto confortevole e ben attrezzata. Fabrizio è stato gentilissimo nel fornirci tutte le indicazioni e consigli di cui avevamo bisogno! Chicca finale: i giochini per la bimba, molto apprezzati!

Absolutely wonderful apartment! You can tell they truly care for their visitors as the place had everything you could have needed and lots of small touches. Air conditioning was great. Shower was great! Bed was really comfortable! It’s very close to main streets and was just a pleasure to stay!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment! The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The atmosphere was cozy and peaceful – it truly felt like a home. What made the experience even more special was the host, Fabrizio. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and went out of his way to make sure we had everything needed. From the warm welcome to the helpful tips and great communication throughout my stay, he really made a difference. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area - you won’t be disappointed.

Proprietario super cortese e disponibile. Appartamento molto curato e fornito anche di piccoli dettagli (tappi per la notte, borsa frigo, ombrello, etc.). Pulizia ottima, posizione ottima (vicino al Teatro Massimo, zona tranquilla e silenziosa per la notte).

There wasn’t a single thing we didn’t love about this property. It truly felt like home — thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The apartment is in excellent condition, ideally located within walking distance of all the main attractions. The host was by far one of the most helpful we’ve ever encountered — not only incredibly responsive but also generous with recommendations. If we ever return to Palermo, this will absolutely be our first choice.

very clean and nice interior. and 2 very cute tiny balconies. also the self serve pod espresso machine was so easy to use and the coffee was amazing i had like 7 lattes a day. he provided everything necessary (fridge, utensils etc)

the only negative could be that its on the 2nd floor with no elevator but we didnt really mind that as thats very common in europe.

Tout était parfait : le logement était propre, avec tout le nécessaire de toilette, de petit déjeuner. Fabrizio était adorable et très disponible.
