I’d love to mention how wonderful the staff at the resort are. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist or guide us throughout our stay. I’d especially like to highlight the amazing effort of the team at the buffet and Market Café. They are usually extremely busy during breakfast and lunch, yet they still manage to make every guest feel comfortable and well attended to. Big thumbs up to them!

I believe other comments have already covered this point. However, I do think there is room for improvement here, especially when it comes to the food, which should meet the standards expected of a 5-star hotel.
