GBLocation was excellent, right beside ferry on the front. The apartment was well laid out and the south facing courtyard a real bonus. 2 en-suites and 1 wc was also useful for 4 adults. Everything you could possibly need

GBVery well situated as we were not driving. Accommodation very comfortable and well equipped. We self catered and food shops were a short walk away.
GBStromness is a beautiful place with great views. The apartment (more like a semi detached house!) was very cozy and spacious. Everything you could think of that you'd want in a house is already there for you. There are plenty of shops near by too for anything you need. Barbara was very friendly and made us feel very welcome and at home. We really miss the place after getting back to reality.

GBVery good location for the west coast, Skara Brae and Ness of Brodgar, and the ferry to Hoy and Graemess
If you don’t have a car and would like to visit the north of the Mainland and outer isles then it would be easier to stay in Kirkwall as there are more buses and ferries from there
