WiFi wasn't.working but we didn't need it so didn't report it
GBPhotos reflected what the house was like. Good amount of space and perfect for a group meet up as a base as we were out in the day and evening. So it was perfect for the short time we were there. Use of kitchen was not required but the washing machine was a bonus to have access to.

The kitchen really let the property down. The surfaces were clean, but all the utensils and pots were sticky and greasy, there were not enough basic plates, bowls, mugs and cutlery for 8 people, and there was a basic lack of cooking equipment for what looked like a large and fully functional kitchen in the photos. I was planning to cook a christmas meal for my family in the house, but had to cook it at my sisters instead, as there was not enough equipment, and the equipment that was there was dirty. The rest of the house was clean, so this was a real disappointment. The kitchen equipment urgently needs cleaning (every cupboard needs to be emptied and thoroughly cleaned) and upgrading before renting out again.

The rest of the description of the property is misrepresented. Kitchen units falling apart. Plastic plates which has scratches on, couldn't eat off them, same goes for beakers and bowls. Sticky plastic covering worktop peeling. Extractor above hob filthy. Lounge large blue sofa and huge table with 4 big chairs. No room to relax. Bland decor throughout. One room upstairs locked st all times. Loft hatch didn't fit, draft coming though. No lock on bathroom door. Hardly any furniture to upstairs bedroom. One of the bedrooms is downstairs. Didn't feel homely.
