We didn’t even stay in this property. Were moved last minute to some other random curry stinking hell hole No parking available Very very steep stairs shoved up in an attic space Looked like an unfinished student room Dirty tissues on floor

Nothing it’s a joke how booking.com allows these type of businesses. Around 42 pound I had to spend due to urgency but there not a single option I can tell off. It should not be allowed. Every sort of industry has audit I’m surprised how it is even in the market to steel people’s hard money in this way.

There was just one uncomfortable bed in the room, not a single thing in the room, uncomfortable bed, wet towels. No light in the bathroom, nothing.

Only clean beds and the one fact was good that the owner provided some of the missing stuff which we should have from very beginning( cutlery, plates,bowls,glasses,pan- in the first two days was hard to do breakfast or supper) . He didn't do it as he promised which means the next day but the day after. He didn't provide clean kettle with those things, the other was dirty and interior side was covered with scale from the water.

- cables out from walls - dirty walls ,radiator, cupboards, kitchen , bathrooms - I was actually afraid of using the toilet and shower (don't even mention the bath) without bleaching it as I suspected with my family that the profession of the person living in the first room was prostitution. We assumed that after when we saw coming men to her room and some of laud conversations by the phone which leads us to that kind conclusion. - burned out plugs which means danger to put the phone on charger - missing part of furniture in the one of bathrooms -mess, lots of different, old unecessary stuff in the cupboards - dirty water in the bucket in one of cupboards - we noticed that there is a guy who was coming just to use the toilet he had a key but he didn't close the house after using toilet - paint coming off from the walls - dirty towels - not enough toilet paper provided - I had the impression that the owner didn't really bother my opinion as during the phone conversation he laughed two times which was rude -the whole house seems to be just dirty
