Azure North San Fernando Pampanga

The property was beautiful , we had a comfortable stay in this property, there was a proper working hot and cold water for shower compared to other unit in azure north and it has an easy access for the door i don’t need to carry a key or card when we go out. Excellent property!

We dont like that 1 security guard who is in the reception he is kind of rude

Good view and facilities.

The STAFFS was rude, sooo rude. They don't offer any assistants or anything that can make you feel comfortable. They will talk bad about the guests using their own dialect, it was so disrespectful. They don't even know how to say sorry when they make you feel offended. Most disappointing staffs encountered. I'm not generalising it, but the ones whom approached my guests is for too RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. And, they don't give a head ups about the features of the building, such a pool rules.

Everything - location (convenient for quick events near the area instead of booking expensive hotels); smooth checkin process; host was kind and provides us updates in a timely manner; room was really clean and comfy.. so many facilities & features for its price :)

I like the fact that it was compact but plenty of room for storing your belongings. The well equipped kitchen from every single little thing that you need most, utensils and appliances. Not to mention the wide screen LG Brand 8K Television, The room is one of the most practical and sophisticated designs available in Monaco Tower. The Host /Owner is very accommodating to any special requests that you might come up with any situation and urgent needs. Special Mention to you Mr. Marvin, Salamat Po.
