Bien situé. Bonne literie. Spacieux, sur 2 niveaux. Charme

Chambres en bas humide.. Micro onde impossible à faire fonctionner sans passer le cordon d alimentation sur la plaque de cuisson. Pas de lampe de chevet. Frigo très petit. Piles télécommande clim HS. La TV n a pas fonctionné. Lumière entrée HS. Lumière escalier menant aux chambres clignotant très rapidement quand on l allume, comme 1 stroboscope. Mal isolé phoniquement. Échange de messages courtois avec les responsables du logement mais resté sans suite, pas d equipe disponible. Manque de prises de courant.

Расположение отличное, тихо, близко к центру и станциям метро, рядом много маленьких магазинов, мясных лавочек, прачечная. Много минусов по функционалу( нет стиральной машины, нельзя включить духовку и варочную поверхность одновременно, так как последняя начинает отключаться из-за недостаточного напряжения сети).

Владельцы не дали код от замка до того как мы вылетели в Порту, хоть и было уже 17:00. Поэтому после приземления, когда были проблемы с интернетом, долго пытались получить инструкции по заселению. В апартаментах нет указаний на пароль от wi-fi. Пришлось запрашивать дополнительно. По наполнению: Спальни в подвале, после ночи все белье сырое, нет стиральной машины (местная прачечная самообслуживания находится рядом по адресу Av. de Rodrigues de Freitas 2, 4300-455 Porto, по стоимости стирка 5.1€, сушка 2.1€). Варочную поверхность нельзя включать одновременно с духовкой , так как не хватает напряжения и варочная отключается произвольно. Понравилось расположение, очень тихое место, при этом магазины, кафе, даже бильярдная в шаговой доступности. Я советую останавливаться здесь в летний период (кондиционер есть и хорошо работает, хотя он находится только в зале), зимой здесь будет невозможно сыро.

Die Schlafzimmer sind im Souterrain, das war uns nicht klar und man riecht es auch. Allerdings gewöhnt man sich schnell daran ☺️Es gibt leider keinen Föhn, was ich heutzutage nicht verstehe.

Owners had kindly provided welcoming bottles of wine and port, which were delicious. They were also available via Whatsapp late in the evenings to answer questions. The apartment was well furnished, and we cooked several nice meals inside. Location was also very good, near the old town centre, with lots of pastelerias and restaurants nearby. Overall, a top place to stay in Porto!

Instructions for operating the heating were not clear, but the issue was quickly resolved,

Die Zentrale Lage, mann kann zu Fuß alles erreichen.

Schade , dass kein WLAN zur Verfügung steht und das untere Schlafzimmer sollte renoviert werden.
