The staff was amazing and very quick to fix issues.
I stayed 2 weekends in a row. The TVs in the room are not working, had issues the week before with toilet not flushing, one room smell like straight pets and they tried to cover it. These rooms are high priced but not up to standards. I switched 3 rooms and so did my party due to unequipped rooms. Also the reason I liked this hotel was because they always had a clean pool for my kids to enjoy unlike across the street but now they have cemented it and no longer have a pool.

Clean room, bed comfortable.
Partially blocked toilet, the hairdryer wasn’t working. We booked a studio and even though we arrived on time, there were no more studios available and we weee given a standard room.
