The staff and the hostess were extremely helpful and welcoming. Forgot my phone in the Uber, spoke to the ladies at the front desk, who promptly arranged for my phone to be brought back to me within minutes. Thank you.

The weather was a little cold, and the AC wasn't working on heat. Maybe it needs to be looked at. Other than that everything was excellent.

We flew down to Durban to attend a wedding. Imagine trying to check in....wedding outfits/bags in hand, and there's no one there. Place is completely empty, phone calls are going to voicemail. 20 mins later someone answers and says that no one is there to check us in at the moment. We had to go somewhere else to wait for a bit and then check in much later. Then we arrive at the room, and someone's toiletries are still in the bathroom. Which makes me question how well they even cleaned the place. Go for breakfast the next morning and the lady there tells me she has nothing prepared because she didn't have us on the list for breakfast. I show her that breakfast is included with my booking and then she starts making us breakfast
