Bon emplacement, personnel agréable et convivial. Nourriture en nette baisse. pour notre 5me séjour dans cet établissement; Nous avons été TRES déçus, d'autant que nous y avions séjourné pour la dernière fois en avril. Beaucoup de recyclage, de "tambouille" comme dans une cantine. Jus d'orange coupé avec du soda, fruits sans saveur, ET tjrs les mêmes pendant 3 semaines. Pareil le autres repas. Il n'y aura pas de 6ème fois ! Dommage.

La literie, notamment le couette très lourde et pas agréable du tout. Le manque d'acceptation par les responsables des remarques que nous avions faites. De nombreux clients habitués comme nous on fait la même constatation.

Les activités proposées dans l’établissement Personnel agréable et accueillant, notamment les animateurs ! La réactivité du personnel Agencement de l’établissement très bien pensé Grand remerciement au monsieur qui nous a accueilli et pris en charge nos valises, mais aussi un des serveurs du restaurant et un des animateurs qui ont rendu notre expérience très agréable !

La propreté reste parfois à désirer(notamment dans la tenue de la chambre durant le séjour) : chambre faites superficiellement Un des serveurs de la piscine pas très agréable, dommage…

Very welcoming hotel. Our room was very comfortable, modern and clean. Lots of outside space with plenty of sun beds. Food in the restaurant and pool bar was excellent. Lots of choice and everything very well presented.

"Brilliant holiday but ...."

Spacious gardens, beach area. Fantastic food, never ran out no matter how late you wanted to eat. Lovely staff. Quiet and relaxing - great value and despite the following negatives, I would happily go back.

Room not ready till next day so had a temporary one for first night - not acceptable when you've been booked in for months! Mattresses and pillows very lumpy. No tissues in the rooms. Rooms are quite small, although good use of space with bed facing the sea. Drinks quality very poor.
