A very comfortable and clean apartment. The building is new, the apartments are well arranged and with fresh design touches.

Nothing really disgusting- the windows are slightly on the thin side and transmit some noise from the road.

The apartment is tastefully furnished, clean, well equipped, and very modern. We particularly loved the sea view. The location is great - right next to the sea, with two nice parks around, and the botanical garden not far. Parking is no problem, there's a bus stop right outside, and the train station is in walkable distance. You can also walk to the historical centre of the city, it is some 1km away.

The apartment is modern, very clean and well equipped. Daniele the host was always very kind and helpful - including being at the apartment at 1:30 in the morning to greet us after our flight was delayed and taking us back to Palermo airport at the end of our stay. Separate bedrooms and living room/kitchen. Small balcony with views over Sant'Erasmo harbour. Several good restaurants very close to the apartment (but book ahead in the busy season)

The area of the apartment is quiet (a positive), but it is 35 minutes on foot from the Cathedral/Palace. However, the 224 bus stops right outside the apartment, (in both directions) and cuts down the walking time in bad weather or when returning with shopping.

Spacious, clean, well equipped, with amazing view on the newly renovated Molo Sant’Erasmo, and Monte Pellegrini. The center is 10-15 min. walk, best place to stay in Palermo!
