Przestronny pokój i duża łazienka. Dobrze wyposażony aneks kuchenny, jajecznice na śniadanie spokojnie można zrobić. Łazienka nowoczesna z dużym prysznicem, suszarką, prostownicą do włosów było też żelazko i deska do prasowania w bardzo dobrym stanie. Przyjechaliśmy przed czasem zameldowania, pokoje były jeszcze sprzątane lecz właścicielka pozwoliła nam zostawić bagaże w pokoju i mogliśmy swobodnie zwiedzać Palermo bez ciężaru. Łóżko duże, wygodne z twardym materacem tak jak lubię. Blisko do Katedry i baru Marocco gdzie chodziliśmy po pyszne Iris z ricottą i pistacją. Blisko też na targ Ballaro.

Bardzo cienkie i niewygłuszone ściany, głośno było słychać rozmowy w sąsiednim pokoju, koniecznie trzeba używać stoperów do uszu. Słabe ciśnienie wody z prysznica.

V Palerme sme boli 5 nocí. Pani hostiteľka bola príjemná, odpovedala rýchlo, všetko vysvetlila tak, že by to pochopilo aj dieťa 😁 ubytovanie bolo vybavené super k dispozícii kavovar-kávičku pani dokonca pravidelne dopĺňala a každý druhý deň vyhadzovala smeti v kuchynke bol aj olivový olej, sol koreniny atd.. V kupelke bol fén a zehlicka na vlasy čo ženy odcenia. V Palerme sa nám páčilo ❤️ Tip : Ak pôjdete z hlavnej vlakovej stanice vyhnite sa ulici blízko ubytovania čo vám ukazuje GPS a radšej požite inú trasu - ulica mi prišla celkom nebezpečná a špinavá.

Conveniently located near many attractions. Spacious room. I enjoyed the sunny balcony. Fast wifi.

Entry doors have tricky locks and broken handles make the unlikely fire escapes a real concern. Leaky rain shower head with already low water pressure give very slow dripping water make long and unsatisfying to a point that feel uncleaned shower experience. Closet doors close too tight without door handles are difficult to open, needs 2 hands to open. Always overfilled garbage cans on both sides of building entrance.

The apartment itself is nicely renovated, and the balcony is even better—perfect for enjoying a morning coffee. The location is excellent for exploring major sights on foot. However, there are a few downsides tied to the location rather than the apartment: - Access: It is located within a ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone), so you cannot drive directly to the front door. - Parking: Free parking is available about 50–200m away outside of ZTL. However, be aware of "parking bosses" in the area who may try to extort money for these free spots; it’s best to ignore them and park elsewhere. And have good car insurance.

The owner did not mention that the apartment is located within a ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone). Please be aware that entering a ZTL without authorization will result in a significant fine for every single entry. To navigate Sicily safely, I highly recommend using Google Maps, as it is generally accurate about ZTL boundaries and even knows the specific time periods when they are active. In our case, the ZTL was inactive when we arrived on Sunday, allowing us to park out front. However, it became active the next day. Keep in mind that the cameras trigger a fine only upon entry; being parked inside when it turns on is usually fine, but you must be careful not to re-enter the zone during active hours.

No studio tinha tudo necessário para um bom café da manhã com biscoitos café ,leite, agua com muita fartura. Todas as vezes que tinha uma dúvida a proprietaria Valentina atendia de pronto sempre muito gentil. O studio estava muito limpo e bem organizado, com muito bom gosto. Até para minha partida se ofereceu paa me levar a estação central de trem cobrando um valor razoável. Com certeza se tiver oportunidade de voltar a Palermo voltarei neste studio.

Od samog dolaska u apartman koji je prošao bez ikakvih teškoća uvelike što je ulaz u apartman omogućen bez prisustva domaćina tako da nije bilo problema kod promjene vremena check-ina zbog promjene leta pa sve do čistoće apartmana, udobnosti kreveta, dostupnog smart TV-a i odličnog balkona za jutarnju kavu i popodnevno druženje. Također, Valentina se potrudila preporučiti nam različita mjesta gdje se isplati otići i mjesta s tradicionalnim lokalnim jelima.

Jedina sitna zamjerka je što je glava tuša bila djelomično pokvarena.
