GBWe arrived a bit late and had not managed to find a shop in a one hour drive so had not had supper and had a bit of a thirst on! Felicity not only offered us a broad selection of drinks (I think the impending wedding weekend might have meant they had some stocks) but then went on to offer us a most delicious beef curry with ‘homemade or homegrown’ ingredients. The property is delightful and we wished we had booked a second night.
Nothing not to like
AUBeautiful relaxed stay in a lovely rural setting. Fabulous hosts and I already miss my visits from Louie for a pat and cuddle. Felicity made up the most beautiful bunch of flowers from her lovely garden for us to take to our 96 year old mother. She was thrilled with them. Lovely chocolate brownie, fresh farm eggs and tomatoes greeted us on arrival. We will certainly return and we highly recommend.
DEThe location is very peaceful in a large garden with many flowers. The house is spacy and comfortable. A nice seating area to have breakfast in the sunshine is available. There was a bouquet of flowers in the sitting room and the fridge was filled.
GBThis property was perfect for us. The accommodation was beautifully designed,and the location has amazing views . The outside area is perfect for a glass of wine while watching the sunset. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, and we would definitely recommend this property. The little extra’s of jams, butter, bread & milk along with homemade brownies was a lovely touch!
NZBreakfast was great. Hosts were delightful, very friendly and accommodating. Charming apartment and very roomy. Very clean. Lovely to enjoy the garden and the host's story of their labour of love of their property.
AULocation was fantastic. The modern barn was well set out and had everything you need for a home away from home. Hosts went above and beyond. Very generous with their home-grown produce. Very friendly and helpful.
