Villa Galimberti Maison De Charme

Υπέροχη φιλοξενία, μεγάλα άνετα δωμάτια με ολοκαίνουργια μπάνια, πολύ ωραίο πρωινό. Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ κοντά στο Μπέργκαμο, το Σαν Πελεγκρίνο, τη Λίμνη Κόμο και το Μιλάνο, οι δρόμοι πολύ καλοί. Εξαιρετική εξυπηρέτηση από την κα Angela και την ομάδα της, υπεροχος κήπος για διάβασμα, εξαιρετικά ήσυχα. Αισθάνεσαι καλοδεχούμενος από την πρώτη στιγμή. Η διαμονή στο κατάλυμμα είναι ένα ταξίδι στο χρόνο, έχουν προσέξει κάθε λεπτομέρεια, ακόμη και τα σερβίτσια του πρωινού σε ταξιδεύουν στον προηγούμενο αιώνα, είναι όλα φροντισμένα και πεντακάθαρα. Εδώ δεν αισθάνεσαι πελάτης, αισθάνεσαι φίλος και οι άνθρωποι από την πρώτη στιγμή σε εμπιστευονται ότι θα σεβαστεις το χώρο, παραμένοντας παράλληλα διακριτικοί. Η διαμονή εδώ ήταν μία από τις ομορφότερες εμπειρίες μας στην Ιταλία. Σας ευχαριστούμε.

We loved everything about our stay: the villa is magnificent and beautifully maintained, the park gorgeous (and with quite some wild rabbits and a few cats), and our hosts were incredibly nice. We had room Clara which is beautiful, spacious and with a lovely view over the park. We also had the pleasure to discuss with Angela about their concept and the history of the villa and appreciated that they wanted to offer their guests an authentic experience. They were also great with advice about the area and helped us with reservations for restaurants and wine tastings. We simply felt at home and didn't want to leave. Further points we appreciated: the breakfast was good, with sufficient options, and they even accommodated us one day when we were inadvertently late (after the kitchen normally closes); you can park for free at the villa in the front yard (enclosed); 6-7 min. from the train station where you have direct trains to Milan and Lecco. The village is also very charming and a few restaurants with delicious food are within walking distance.

It met our expectations. Villa is very nice, in quiet environment - exactly that we were looking for. The host was very friendly and willing to help. Depending on the side, periodically you will hear the bels of the church, which is on the other side of the road, but it was not disturbing at all, on the contrary - adding some local flavor. A few quite nice restaurants around. If you are looking for very relaxing, non-binding time - this place is for you.

Not much to say, except maybe to improve breakfast a little, adding some diversity, although in general it was sufficient. And be prepared to drive very carefully, entering the gates from the road, as it is quite narrow.

It was cool that we could move freely in the beautiful villa and ”feel like home”. The service was great.

We had an excellent experience at Villa Galimberti Maison de Charme, a hidden gem. As the name suggests, the villa has a unique and beautiful charm that makes it stand out. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the hosts, who were kind, attentive, and very helpful throughout our stay. The facilities were great. We were able to park our car in the front garden, which was convenient. Our room was spotless, the breakfast was just right, and the garden was a peaceful place to relax and enjoy. The location is ideal — close to both Milan and Lake Como, making it a perfect base for exploring the area. All in all, we were extremely satisfied and would recommend this place to anyone. It’s a truly unique experience that’s well worth it.

Lovely place and a very warm welcome to this magnificent villa. It’s even more beautiful than in the pictures and so calm and quiet. We were told about the history of the villa when we arrived and it was very interesting. Our room was spacious and beautifully renovated and the bed and the pillows were very good. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of different varieties. One of the best part was the big garden with old trees and cute little rabbits. There were nice restaurants and gelateria close to the villa and also good train connections to Milan and Lecco.

Absolutely beautiful building and charming garden. Bedrooms are very comfortable and decorated with lots of taste. Staff is very welcoming and caring. Location in Osnago is convenient.

I would just recommend to have a little coffee/tea space upstairs for the guests to be able to have something before they go down for breakfast.
