Posizione eccezionale. Host disponibile e gentile. Dimensioni della casa adatte ad una famiglia e con tutti i comfort necessari.

Estaba muy bien ubicado, cerca de todo, aunque los vecinos un poco ruidosos.

Había pocas tazas y vajilla en general. La cocina era un poco pequeña.

I stayed at Spina Home Palermo in the centro storico and really appreciated several things about it. The location is excellent—close to everything, which made exploring Palermo very convenient. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, and overall, the space felt cozy and well set up. Communication was smooth and easy; the lady I spoke to over WhatsApp was incredibly helpful. I requested an iron, and they provided one promptly, which was much appreciated.

However, the stay wasn’t perfect. The area can be very noisy, especially at night. There was an older man living upstairs who shouted every night, which made it hard to relax or sleep well. Also, the street outside was quite dirty and full of rubbish—not the host’s fault, of course, but still part of the experience. Overall, it’s a good value for the price, and I liked many things about it, but unfortunately, I wouldn’t stay there again due to the noise and the unpleasantness of the surrounding environment.

Amazing location, near historical centre and the supermarket. The kitchen was well equipped but the apartment was quite cold (would be perfect for the summer months however). We also had some issues opening the door at the beginning. But overall, a pleasant stay!

Host is very nice, friendly and helpful. Good location. Close to everything. Lodl is around the corner. Easy walk to train and bus stations. Walking distance to historic center. Comfortable beds.

Nice host, nice location, very central 5 minutes from central station. Everything was great and the host very very helpfull.

the pressure of the water in the shower but it was minor.
