"An unique place near city center."

The villa is located a walking distance from the city center. It has a beautiful big yard with all kinds of fruit trees. The owner Frank is hospitable and provided us with anything we needed. He also gave great recommendations and tips about the surrounding area. He has several well-behaved dogs, cats, ducks and chickens which run freely during the day and were a great company for us :)

The villa is old and understandably this comes with tradeoffs. The piping is old and therefore you can't flush toilet paper etc. During cold March nights the apartment got a bit chilly. The owner is doing renovations so this might change, when we left I understand he installed new doors and windows.

"An excellent place to stay in Lagos."

A great place to stay, homely, safe and secure, and in a peaceful setting. It was a small walk into the centre of town, with private parking if you have a car. Frank is a great host, always available but never intrusive. He was also very knowledgeable about the local area helping plan our days out. I would highly recommend.

There was nothing we did not like about the property.
