I believe only the location of the property played a significant role, but overall experience was not upto the mark

1) Staff was extremely unprofessional except a few who knew how to speak 2) There is no specific breakfast timing and there is no breakfast menu in the same 3) The owners are not interested at all to review or to at least have a basic check on the guest who have arrived 4) the quality of dinner served at night was way below par and was not upto the mark 5) Basic food supplies like Biscuits, Ghee etc are not available with the property

Its a beautifull property with great location and the room were very clean

The view at the property was spectacular but there were many things which were disappointing. Firstly there was no proper manager at the property and the same was being filled by an intern. We had to make all complaints to her and she was quite overwhelmed. Secondly, the food was very bad and seemed like the kitchen was not prepared to handle the cooking. Even though we wanted to spend time at the property we had to go and find cafes and restaurants for our meals outside. Also there was no hot water in the shower area. We stayed for six days and they weren’t able to fix the issue. Thirdly, the service was extremely slow. The existing staff was either overworked or simply lazy. The owners were really nice people but many things need to be improved at this property. It is highly overpriced for the kind of services they are offering. After paying 13k for a night, a person expects better facilities. Having said this, the owners have done a brilliant job with the garden and the farm. My son could roam freely and play around and we didn’t have to worry much. Hope this review helps the future travellers!

The property is beautifully located with Dhauladar mountains in the backdrop. The cottages are one of the best we have stayed so far. The staff are very helpful, the food prepared by the chef is delicious even though it takes some time to prepared as it is prepared fresh.

Property location and staff are excellent but cottage itself needs attention. The sink in bathroom was leaking and they couldn’t fix it. We couldn’t use washroom. Most of the amenities like gas, kitchen sink and other things need attention. Housekeeping is very poor!
