Boutique old town house Karkovich

We loved that the property was in the heart of the town, close to all the restaurants and shops.

The only very minor issue was with one of the showers. It didn’t hook up over your head on the wall, you had to physically hold it to shower yourself.

Bedroom tv and some lights not working. There were no tea towels in the kitchen to dry dishes

The location was in center! The property was clean and cute. It has stairs inside the house to second floor (kitchen, living room and one bathroom) . It’s good for younger people, not recommended if you have problems with stairs since getting to apartment from street has lots of steps and another sets of stairs inside the apartment. Both shower heads have been installed very low that is a good height for kids, I recommended the front desk to raise them. They had a good buffet breakfast! I recommend it to younger generations definitely!

Good value 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in very central location in Hvar old town. Apartment is run by the more prestige Park hotel so you get the benefit of this hotel, such as breakfast which is really good. Also you can get room cleaned / bedding & towels refreshed when required. Location is perfect, but up stairs as with all the accommodation if you want central.

Basic apartment but has everything you need that a hotel doesn’t… washing machine/ full kitchen/ large fridge. But as said before it’s a bit worn and not much room in bedrooms. Kitchen & lounge area is up some steep stairs.

The location was fantastic! Right in the heart of everything. The breakfast was amazing! What a great way to start each day! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you for having us.

We didn't like the handheld shower wands. We would prefer standard shower heads (just our preference).

Location to the main city was very good.

We had a few minor hiccups when we first got there, but the staff was quick to respond and resolve any issue we had

The staff we met were pleasant and the breakfast at the hotel was reasonable.

The house which is a few minutes from the hotel was reached by a number of steps, the porter showed us the way which made it easy to find other wise it would be difficult. The house was rather gloomy and not a good size, the bedrooms were really small. The house is on a walkway to the castle so always busy and a bar across the walkway was noisey until late so not a relaxing stay. There was no hot water one day due to us turning off the wrong switch which we resolved but some better notice of this and the fact we needed to request room service should be on an easily seen notice.

Good location at the center, near the harbour. Breakfast at the garden of hotel Park. Nice personal at the hotel.
