Anfritião super prestativo e preocupado com o nosso bem estar, ótima localização com fácil acesso à shoppings praia e restaurante, bem como ao centro histórico e principais pontos turísticos. Tudo muito bem limpo e espaçoso.

Faltou um microondas, mesmo havendo forno elétrico grande e fogão. Mobílias muito antigas e algumas deteriorizadas, diminuindo a sensação de conforto. Algumas janelas emperrando e sem vedação de ar.
