Traditional deer Cabin with Sauna - Chata Srňacie

A quiet and beautiful place for a relaxing countryside getaway. Convenient access road to the accommodation and the possibility to park nearby even if your car is not prepared for snowy conditions. The cottage has everything you need — a separate kitchen fully equipped with all necessary utensils. The sauna comfortably accommodates up to 4 people. Within a 20-minute drive from the house, there is a very interesting castle and several places for skiing.

Our stay in this traditional cabin in Slovakia was simply perfect. From the very first moment, Katka was an exceptional host: her explanations before arrival were very clear and helpful, and during our stay she was always attentive, friendly, and available. Her recommendations on things to do in the area really made a difference and allowed us to discover amazing places and experiences. The location of the cabin is ideal, surrounded by nature, peace, and beautiful landscapes. It’s the perfect place to completely disconnect from daily life and reconnect with what truly matters. The cabin itself is cozy, authentic, and very well maintained, respecting the traditional style of the area. A special mention goes to the sauna: absolutely incredible. Enjoying it after a day outdoors and finishing the experience with the ice bucket for contrast was unforgettable. A truly revitalizing experience that we highly recommend. We spent a few days of total disconnection, surrounded by nature, silence, and well-being. Without a doubt, a place we would love to return to and highly recommend to anyone looking for peace, authenticity, and a wonderful host like Katka.

Chata nás nadchla už od prvého momentu. Prostredie je nádherné – čistý vzduch, ticho, krásne výhľady a dokonalé miesto na oddych od každodenného zhonu. Personál bol mimoriadne milý, ochotný a vždy pripravený pomôcť alebo poradiť s tipmi na túry. Veľkým plusom je aj to, že chata ponúka saunu idealnu po túre alebo príjemné posedenie pri krbe. Ideálne miesto pre turistov, rodiny aj všetkých, ktorí hľadajú pokoj v krásnej prírode. Odporúčam na sto percent!

The facilities, cleanliness and host met our high expectations. Even though the area is primarily intended for recreation, we still felt off the grid and in touch with nature.

The mobile carrier signal is very weak and the Wi-Fi didn't always work, even after we restarted the router as recommended. This was fine for us as it helped us stay off the grid, but for some others it could be quite limiting. The view captured in the photo may give the impression that you will also have it from the accommodation, but it is just an impression. There is practically no view of the mountains.

Wszystko! Świetny obiekt, położony w malowniczej cichej okolicy. Domek czysty, świetnie wyposażony we wszystko co potrzeba. Spory parking na posesji. Polecam!

Mając niżej zawieszony samochód trzeba uważać na podjeździe, który dodatkowo jest dość stromy. Szczególnie w zimie trzeba mieć to na uwadze.
