I wish they would've left more than a single roll of toilet paper. Otehr than that, the trip was great.

Good location and very very nice complex/unit. Pre arrival communication was great with multiple check in's to assure had everything needed. Easy to get into for check in and unit was new, clean, and very spacious.

Everything was amazing however there was one thing that could have made it better. The beds were very uncomfortable aside from that’s my stay was great!!!

This was an amazing experience! I stay in Indianapolis quite often and will be staying there again. It has also made me reconsider relocation to the area.

This was awesome!!! Everything was perfect. Spacious, clean, comfortable, and easy! Checking in and out was super convenient and easy to do!

The size of the room and the feel of the bed were very good. However, there were too many disappointing aspects to this room. - The smell in the room was awful (it smelled like animal pee, like mice...maybe there was a dead mouse somewhere...?). When I stood at the sink in the living room or kitchen...I felt sick. We immediately went to buy some deodorant and opened the living room window. I felt sad to think that we had to spend a week here. - The internet connection was intermittent, which was a problem. ・It said that shampoo, conditioner, etc. were included, but they weren't in the room, so I went to buy some.

Check-in was a little tedious through an out of the country app and customer service representatives were in the Philippines. They were not aware that the place had not been cleaned after the last renter and had no other vacancies that night. The alternate place to stay was in worse condition than the first, having not been cleaned or trash taken out in a few days. My daughter and I had to clean the place ourselves, Strip the bed, wash the sheets, remake the bed and take out the trash.

This service is amazing. The apartment was immaculate and included everything you would need. I saved a lot off of a typical hotel room and will def stay here again. From the free internet to the Washer/Dryer to comfortable bed to full kitchen it cannot be beat. Thansk for an amazing stay.

The staff was reachable 25/7 and very helpful.
