I loved the fact that the host was easy to reach and very fast to respond. Host was prompt to accommodate us even at late hours like access to the pool. We had issues w/ toilet and was fixed within the hour. Host was a Jam very friendly and polite.

What I didn't like didn't bother me too much - floor could have been cleaner. In the beginning code to the apt was failing a lot and we had to enter couple of times before it worked but once host was aware that too was taken care of asap.
