Poor communication from the staff. I requested an early check in from like a month before our stay. They didn’t even bother replying. Ended up staying at a Starbucks nearby for more than 6hrs. Arrived in Kuala Lumpur airport with my young children at 5am and with no sleep at all, we were hoping we could check in at 8am. They did not reply. They said at 9:30am after getting in touch with them numerous times that the unit needs cleaning. So they said we could only check in at 3pm. When we came in at 3:15pm, the cleaning was not properly done specially the toilets and bathroom. You can still see the dirt and mess from the previous occupants. The ensuite bathroom’s water heater is not even working.
