Location and the staff were amazing.

A fan in the room when it's hot would be great

Property was clean and presentable and nice quiet location.

The location shown on map was not correct and this property is a lot further from coast than expected. Wouldn’t have booked if correct location was shown, however, we were given a late check in as we were unable to arrive before 9pm. Bed was slightly uncomfortable and felt a few springs. There is a kettle in the pod but no tea or coffee which would have been a nice addition.

The shower was cold. No hot water at all. The rooms were really hot no fan provided. The blinds were broken. The door didn’t shut properly.

Info on Booking.com listing gives the location is Walmer with is only a short walk or drive into Deal which was exactly what we wanted. In reality the location is much further away and y can't walk into Deal from the actual collocation in Tilminster. Unfortunately the accommodation location listed is still incorrect.

Bed wasn’t comfy. No where to eat inside. Plug sockets to far away from bed if needing to work as that’s where you would to sit.

Wrong location listed, given wrong location by booking which made this very inconvenient. Nowhere near beach or town, despite listed as such.

Very cozy and comfortable pods, with a great separate bathroom and shower. Nice pub on the doorstep too, with really friendly and helpful staff. Great location to explore east Kent.

The pub currently lacks a chef (July 2023 - hopefully this will change), but they are happy for you to order-in delivery food, and provide plates and cutlery (and beer!) for you to eat at the pub.

Really nice and quiet place, very beautiful, and clean. Excellent place to stay close to nature, really close to all attractions offered by Deal or Dover.
