"It is a lovely apartment in a very good location for walking to the key sites in central Riga."

Location is excellent with views out every window. The apartment is roomy and beautifully kept, and got a lot of light despite it being the middle of winter. The hosts have put a lot of care into the apartment. It is up a fair few flights of stairs, just for anyone with mobility challenges, but we knew that ahead of time and good exercise after all the lovely meals in Riga and the Christmas market!

"It couldn’t be better."

A wonderful bourgeois apartment in the very heart of Riga’s old town. You couldn’t imagine a better location. Right in front of the building is the stop for bus 22, which goes to the airport. The apartment is spacious, bright, and clean, as well as comfortable and modernly furnished. The owner is friendly and very responsive. You do have to climb a few stairs to reach the 5th floor, but you’re rewarded with a beautiful view of the old part of the city and the river. Comfortable for four people, and it’s great that the living room is separate from the kitchen.

Perhaps the apartment could be a degree warmer. But the owner has two additional electric heaters.
