A small tiny room with bad smell Not worth of money as well as no comfort

Location was good.

The stay was a small apartment with four bedrooms. It felt very crammed. barely any space in the hall. If you book all four rooms it might be okay. But staying so close quarters with strangers is very difficult.

The location is ideal if you have an appointment with the AIIMS hospital, but also if you just want to visit Delhi, since this homestay is very centrally located, close to the metro station. The room is clean, the bed comfortable, the breakfast very good. All in all my daughter who I have booked it for, was very satisfied. And since she was travelling on her own, the safety factor was very important to us and she felt very safe here.

The care taker Manoj was very responsive. He took good care of us and that was really nice. Constantly asked us if we needed anything. We felt support during our stay.

The room was way too small for the price.

Hotel room was clean, comfortable and well organized, the staff were very friendly and helpful, I highly recommend this hotel 😍😍

The hosts were amazing. I travelled with my daughter and the location felt very safe even at night. All kinds of vehicles were available via uber or you can hire an auto rickshaw any time from the adjacent road. There is a reasonably priced eatery where you can dine healthy way for as low as 40/50 rs. The sheets were changed regularly whenever requested. You could reheat food, use the common kitchen, the water is good. I never expected luxury, I paid for comfort and I got comfort like any indian flat. Absolute privacy was ensured but manoj and deepak (in charge of the rooms) spike to us on any matter we needed guidance on. Will surely stay here again.

A microwave could be good . It would help reheating food. The balcony had pigeon droppings. That might be cleaned. Washing machine should be provided (I am not sure if it was there but they never mentiooned and I managed by handwashing), I would have preferred a lift. But the room was on first floor and it was manageable. But not recommended if you have any problem with stairs. They helped with the luggage, so that won't be a problem.
