I just like the location bcs its near kuching city . Can use the gym and swiming pool .

After we paid full payment ... We need to contact the owner . Then the owner Ask me to pay desposit again🥲 other than that, we Need to pay on our own for the parking fees. The dorm not clean enough.. The bathroom is dirty .. The towel smell not nice 🥲 feels like its already been use but not been wash its suppse to be smell like soap (downy) but its not .. i request to change the towel but need to pay extra charge .. its really dissapoint me ..

"I force to take one night "The Theatere" New hotel at town center becoz the poor surrounding Kozi."

Nothing positive to share ....useless

Poor service , nO respond to calls no proactive measures , have to wait for access and etc. No physical presence from service provider. Room with strong odour. Toilet seat removed from toilet bowl. .Last minute before release the access pass demand for RM100 deposit , refundable. Lift out of 3 only one working , exclators not fuctioning . Worthless my stay there. I would suggest remove this service provider from your list. NOT fit and qualified

No breakfast

Facility.no iron.aircond leaking.too early checkout. I pay but i need to throw the rubbish, if not the deposit will be deduct
