The heating only came on for an hour or so , it was freezing in there
GBVery comfortable beds, lovely shower , location was great. The Chinese restaurant on site was fantastic. Lovely local pub. Woods nearby, also the beach within a stones throw. The heating soon warmed the place up.
Club house closed but guess its because it was out of season

Extremely cold in our house on arrival and all windows were open while cold temperatures outside . Also no soap in the bathroom .It was really long to warm up the property due to timed electric heaters. Internet signal poor upstairs.The property needs a deep clean and the bathroom need refurbishment

It not an issue but curtains in bedroom would have been bonus as with blinds only was very light early in the morning which made it difficult to sleep
GBThe location and size of the property were good, and the children loved having access to a swimming pool. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedrooms comfortable.
A couple of pieces of furniture could do with updating. Also, as the properties sleep 5, it would be nice to have enough soft seating to accommodate everyone.

GBThe property was in a great location to visit so many places along the Norfolk coast. There was plenty of space for our family of 4 and everything we needed for our stay, including a washing machine, blankets, towels etc.
The heater to a bit of getting used to, but once we did, we got the place cosy and warm!
