Struttura molto accogliente e curata nei minimi dettagli, la camera era dotata di ogni comfort e molto suggestiva per non parlare della fantastica vasca idro massaggio, il personale molto preparato e competente soprattutto Marzio, super consigliato ritorneremo sicuramente!

Hot tub did not heat up enough

This was a delightful surprise in Ragusa Ibla! Beautiful room, with artwork and very modern furniture, great amenities. Private balcony with view of the other side of Ragusa, where we were served a lovely breakfast. A good size wine cellar from which the guests can select a wine and just let the hotel know what they consumed, for a nice drink on the balcony before dinner. Coffee and tea available in the bar at all times by self service. Marzio, our host, was very welcoming, and gave us detailed explanations on how to reach the hotel (Ragusa Ibla is a maze of alleys and stairs). He also shared the history of the building. We were sorry we couldn’t stay longer. Only note of caution: arriving by car is complicated - we chose to leave ours at a larger parking lot and climb the alleys and stairs with our luggage. Not a problem for us, but it’s not for everyone.

Przepiękny widok z balkonu, oraz bardzo miłą i pomocna obsługa. Pokoje wykończone nowocześnie, z dużą przestrzenią oraz nowinkami technicznymi. Wszystko działało i było bardzo czysto. Blisko do atrakcji starej części miasta oraz cudownych lokali. Gorąco polecam👍

Problem z dojazdem wynikający z wąskich dróg starego miasta, oraz oznakowaniem na mapach Google. Ciężko z miejscami parkingowymi.

The room was modern, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. We loved the private terrace, which offered a wonderful view over the city. The location was also excellent, just a short walk to the city center, making it very convenient for sightseeing.

The only downside for us was the breakfast. From the photos, we were expecting a wider variety with fresh fruit, eggs, and more. In reality, the options were more limited, with bread and cheese that unfortunately didn’t feel very fresh. Since we usually choose our hotels based on breakfast, this part was a bit disappointing.
