Cozy Central Apartment in Ålesund

We stayed at the Cozy Central Apartment in Ålesund for 2 days and had a wonderful experience. The host couple was incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating. There was a small mix-up with the booking showing only 1 guest instead of 2, but they didn’t charge us extra and genuinely wanted us to enjoy our time in Norway. They were super friendly and helpful with all our questions and requests. The location is great—Kiwi grocery store is just a block away—and the apartment itself is spotless, cozy, and very comfortable. It’s fully equipped with a washer and drying rack, which made doing laundry during our trip really convenient. The sofa and TV area were also very cozy, and we enjoyed relaxing there after exploring Ålesund. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Ålesund.

Apartment was clean and well equipped. Friendly greeting upon arrival by host.

The problem was the noise from construction occurring literally a few feet right outside the apartment. My partner was not feeling well and was trying to get rest and it was impossible. It started early in the day and continued into the evening. It was even on a Saturday. There was no warning about this.

Modern and very cosy apartment, nearby to Alesund centre. Friendly and helpful hosts who welcomed us with a South African flag. Everthing was great!

Very nice, cozy apartment for shorter nad longer stays. The owners are very friendly people and were very helpful to us! The apartment was very clean and it has all you need (washing machine with detergents to use, all necessary kitchen appliances, etc). Free place to park the car is available as well. 3-5 min to Alesund by car and nice spot to explore the nearby islands. Highly recommend:)

It was great to meet Frode on arrival and get some recommendations. The apartment is very modern, spacious, clean and cosy. Apartment is out of Alesund town centre but very close to bus route into town. Good size supermarket within short walking distance. Would definitely recommend the Aquarium, just around the corner, and the coastal walks right next to it. It is an apartment on a suburban street so if you don't expect great views of fjords or mountains you will have a great stay.
